In our first session on Diversity and Inclusion, we will do two group activities. The first will explore what implicit bias means, and the second will explore the labels that we feel hindered by. Together, we will explore the biases we hold against others, and feel are held against us, to build a discussion on implicit biases and cross-cultural dialogue.
